Technical Description
DTC C0204 indicates an electrical or plausibility fault in the Brake Pressure Sensor Circuit or Right Front Brake Hydraulic Actuator circuit. The EBCM/ABS module continuously monitors sensor supply (5.0V regulated), ground reference, and analog return voltage. The code is triggered if the signal voltage drops below 0.2V (short to ground/open) or exceeds 4.8V (short to reference/12V), or if there is a hydraulic plausibility mismatch between commanded pressure and sensor feedback during dynamic braking.
Possible Causes

Mechanic's Tip
Before replacing expensive components, always double-check wiring and connections. 80% of all sensor faults are actually due to corroded contacts or broken wires.
