Brake pressure sensors 1 and 2 give the ABS control module information about the brake system pressure. The module has registered that the signal from one of the sensors is implausible, which can come from a wiring fault, an incorrectly fitted sensor or a faulty sensor. This code applies only to cars with stability control, and anti-spin and stability are blocked for as long as the fault remains.

- Sensor incorrectly installed
- Faulty pressure sensor or defective control module
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check the connectors at the ABS module and at the brake pressure sensors for contact resistance and oxidation
- 2Check the wiring to both sensors for breaks and shorts to ground or supply voltage
- 3Check that the sensors are correctly installed
- 4Have a workshop read the brake pressure while the pedal is pressed; if the reading rises as it should, the fault was most likely a poor contact
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check both sensors
- 6ABS and stability control are safety-critical – do not work on the brake system yourself, have a workshop do it
