Hva betyr feilkoden?
The steering angle sensor module (SAS) transmits a signal over the car's data network, and the ABS module compares it with the yaw-velocity sensor signal. If the ABS module finds that the steering angle signal is unreasonable, the code is set. This code applies only to cars with stability control, and while it is present anti-spin and stability are blocked.

- Incorrectly fitted steering wheel angle sensor
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check the connectors at the ABS module, the steering angle sensor control unit and the steering wheel for contact resistance and oxidation
- 2Read the steering angle with diagnostic equipment and check that it updates when the wheel is turned to full lock in both directions
- 3Check that the steering angle sensor and its communication wiring are not routed near electric motors or phone wiring
- 4Remedy as necessary and clear the code
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop check the front wheel alignment and calibrate the stability system where needed
- 6ABS, stability control and the steering angle sensor are safety-critical – do not work on steering or the brake system yourself, have a workshop do it
