The audio module (AUD) takes its settings from the vehicle configuration file held in the central electronic module (CEM). The code is set when the local configuration file in the audio module is missing or incorrect.
Mulige årsaker
- Break in the CAN network between the infotainment module (ICM) and the central electronic module (CEM)
- Break in the MOST network between the infotainment module (ICM) and the audio module (AUD)
- Central electronic module (CEM) not correctly configured
- Infotainment module (ICM) not passing the vehicle signal configuration on to the MOST bus
- Audio module not intended for this car, for example a used unit with different software or hardware
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read the codes in the central electronic module and the infotainment module and deal with them first, since they are often linked
- 2Find out whether the audio module has been replaced or fitted from another car
- 3Have a workshop load the correct latest software into the audio module with diagnostic equipment
- 4If the fault remains after programming, have a workshop check the network and the connections between the units
