Hva betyr feilkoden?
The lateral accelerometer is built into the AYC sensor and sends its value to the brake control module on its own CAN wire. The code is set when the signal from the lateral accelerometer is implausible. The cause may be poor contact, interference on the wires, incorrect wheel alignment or an internal fault in the sensor.
Mulige årsaker
- Interference or noise on the wires that has disturbed the AYC sensor's calculations
- Supply voltage to the AYC sensor too low
- Incorrect wheel alignment
- Internal fault in the AYC sensor
- Internal fault in the stability sensor (BSC)
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check the connectors at the brake control module and the AYC sensor for contact resistance and oxidation
- 2Make sure no interference source, for example a mobile phone or radio receiver, sits too close to the AYC sensor
- 3If the code status is intermittent, poor contact or an interference source has probably been the cause; if the fault remains, have a workshop check it
- 4The brake system is safety critical: do not replace the brake control module for this code, and drive carefully until the fault is fixed
