Hva betyr feilkoden?
The brake control module (BCM) has detected a short to ground in the circuit to the wheel speed sensor at the left front wheel. The sensor is needed for ABS and several stability functions, so these are affected when the signal cannot be trusted. The fault most often lies in the wiring or in the sensor.

- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connections
- Signal wire shorted to ground
- Wires shorted to each other
- Damaged wheel speed sensor
- Damaged brake control module (uncommon)
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the fuses are intact; their locations are in the owner's manual or on the fuse box cover
- 2Read and note the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 3Check the connector at the wheel sensor and at the brake control module for oxidation and contact resistance
- 4Inspect the sensor cable in the wheel arch for chafing and a short to ground
- 5Check the signal with diagnostic equipment and replace the sensor or wiring as needed
- 6The braking system is safety critical: do not work on the wheel sensor or braking system yourself; leave this to a workshop
