Hva betyr feilkoden?
On the V60, the brake control module (BCM) has compared the readings of the two primary circuit pressure sensors at the master cylinder and found that they differ. This may be due to a leak, air or damage in the hydraulic system, or to a damaged sensor.
Mulige årsaker
- Leak in the hydraulic system
- Air in the hydraulic system
- Damage in the hydraulic system
- Damaged pressure or temperature sensor
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 2Look for leaks and make sure there are no air bubbles in the brake fluid
- 3Have a workshop look for leaks and damage in the hydraulic system and replace the sensor if it is damaged
- 4If the fault returns, the brake control module needs replacing by a workshop, and the acceleration sensor and internal sensors must then be calibrated
- 5The braking system is safety critical: do not work on the hydraulic system or sensors yourself; leave this to a workshop
Symptomer du kan merke4
- Hill descent assist does not work
- Hill start assist does not work
- Anti-spin function does not work
- ABS does not work or activates suddenly
