The brake control module (BCM) has not been configured, because the CEM did not send it the vehicle data during the first ignition cycle. The code is set when the configuration information is missing, and it primarily points to a fault in the CEM.

- Fault in the central electronic module (CEM), which is not sending configuration data
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read codes in the central electronic module and troubleshoot them first, as the fault most often lies there
- 2Do not replace the brake control module for this code, as it has no internal hardware fault
- 3Clear the code only once the fault in the central electronic module has been corrected, and check that it does not return
- 4The brake system is safety-critical, so have a workshop carry out any work on the central electronic module and the brake control module
