Hva betyr feilkoden?
The CEM has registered that communication with the PSM is not working. The power seat may then stop working, and the memory function with automatic setting of the seat and mirrors may not occur. The fault code points to a communication fault in the CAN network, so the CEM should not be replaced.
Mulige årsaker
- No power supply to the PSM
- Break in the earth wire to the PSM
- Contact resistance in the terminals
- Open circuit in the CAN wiring to the PSM
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Run the seat with the adjustment controls and see whether it moves
- 2Check the fuse for the front seat in the passenger compartment fusebox
- 3Look for loose connectors and damage at the seat
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool, read the module ID; if it can be read, communication is probably fine and the fault may be intermittent
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop continue the fault-tracing
