CEM reads the signal from the NO button for the phone on the steering wheel. If the button has been held on for too long, the fault code is set and the phone controls on the wheel stop working.

1If you have a diagnostic tool, read the button status in live data and check that it changes when you press and release the button
2Check that the NO button does not stick in the pressed position, and press it once to see that it springs back
