Hva betyr feilkoden?
The CEM feeds the right rear position light directly from an output. The code is stored when the signal from the output is too high. The cause may be poor contact in the connections, an open circuit in the signal cable, or the cable having contact with supply voltage. The right rear tail light then does not work, and a yellow warning symbol may appear.
Mulige årsaker
- Poor contact, oxidation or looseness in the connections
- Open circuit in the signal cable
- The signal cable has contact with supply voltage
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the relevant fuses are intact. Their locations are in the owner's manual or on the fuse box cover
- 2Check that the lamp in the right rear light is secure and that its connectors are clean and dry
- 3Look for chafing and pinch damage on the signal cable to the right rear position light
- 4Use a multimeter to check whether the cable has voltage when the light is switched off
- 5If you have a diagnostic tool: activate the right rear position light and check that it lights
- 6If the fault returns, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the control module output and the wiring
