Hva betyr feilkoden?

The steering wheel module (SWM) does not respond to signals from the central module. If the LIN wire is short-circuited, either to ground or to voltage, communication is blocked, and several functions in and around the steering wheel may stop working.

Mulige årsaker

The LIN wire is short-circuited to ground
The LIN wire is short-circuited to voltage
Internal fault in another unit on the same part of the LIN network

Hva du kan gjøre

1Check the wipers, washers, indicators, cruise control and the steering wheel buttons, and note which ones do not work
2The wires to the steering wheel module sit close to the airbag, so have a workshop check them
3If the fault remains, have a workshop replace the steering wheel module (SWM)
