The power consumption of hall sensor 16 differs from normal in both the ON and OFF positions. The control module therefore cannot rely on the sensor position, and the roof may work poorly or not at all. The cause can be a damaged hall sensor or a fault inside the roof control module.

- Internal fault in the roof control module (CRM)
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read out and clear the fault code, test the roof and see whether the fault returns
- 2Look for wear and signs that hall sensor 16 has stopped working, and have a workshop replace it if it is damaged
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, follow hall sensor 16 in live data while the roof runs and check that the value changes
- 4If the fault remains after checking the sensor, a workshop needs to replace the convertible roof module (CRM)
