Hva betyr feilkoden?
The DC/DC converter control module has found that a status circuit in the converter is open, or that the voltage in it is outside the permitted range. The cause may be a break in the signal wire or an incorrect supply voltage. The code is tested when the ignition is switched on and is only stored once the fault is confirmed. Because the converter is part of the high voltage system, charging of the high voltage battery is affected.
Mulige årsaker
- Break in the signal wire
- Incorrect supply voltage to the control module
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Restart the system by switching the ignition off and on again, then see whether the code comes back
- 2Check that the ordinary battery is charged and that its terminals are tight and clean, since weak voltage in the electrical system can affect the converter
- 3Have a workshop check the supply to the DC/DC converter and its ground point for breaks, contact resistance and oxidation
- 4The high voltage system may only be handled by qualified personnel. Do not work on the converter's wiring or connections yourself
Symptomer du kan merke4
- Warning symbol and message in the display
- The high voltage battery does not charge, or charging is reduced while driving
- The high voltage battery discharges or charges poorly
- Drive modes PURE, SAVE and AWD disengage automatically or cannot be selected
Hva feilen kan påvirke2
- The high voltage battery is not charged
- Hybrid drive mode is forced
