Hva betyr feilkoden?
The DC/DC converter control module has registered that the temperature of the power stage in the high voltage system is outside the valid range. The cause may be a faulty temperature sensor in the control module, but also a short to ground or to the battery in the sensor circuit. Charging of the high voltage battery is affected, because the converter is part of the system.
Mulige årsaker
- Short circuit to ground in the sensor circuit
- Short circuit to the battery in the sensor circuit
- Temperature outside the valid range
- Faulty temperature sensor in the DC/DC converter control module
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Give the car time to cool or warm up until the converter temperature is within the normal range, then switch the ignition off and on again
- 2If you have a scan tool, follow the DC/DC converter temperature in live data while the car cools or warms up, and check that the reading changes smoothly
- 3Have a workshop check the converter temperature and the cooling circuit, and the sensor circuit for a short to ground or to the battery
- 4The high voltage system may only be handled by qualified personnel. Do not make your own changes to the converter's cooling or wiring
Symptomer du kan merke4
- Warning symbol and message in the display
- The high voltage battery does not charge, or charging is reduced while driving
- The high voltage battery discharges or charges poorly
- Hybrid mode is forced and the combustion engine runs too often
Hva feilen kan påvirke2
- No charging of the high voltage battery
- Hybrid drive mode is forced
