The driver's door control module has registered too high a signal from the control for the right rear window. The control stays in the active position, and the window in the right rear door then does not work electrically.

- 1Press the right rear window control on the driver's door a few times and check that it returns to rest
- 2Test the window from its own switch, if one is fitted, to see whether the fault is in the driver's control
- 3Clear the code with your own tool and see whether it returns; a permanent fault means the control module must be replaced by a workshop
- 4Check the window fuse in the car's fuse box
