Hva betyr feilkoden?
The fault is stored when the power door mirror motor for folding the mirror in is activated while the control module registers a short to ground in the cable. Door mirror control then does not function.
Mulige årsaker
- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable for mirror folding
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read out and note the fault code, clear it, then check with ignition on whether the mirror can be folded in and out
- 2With ignition off, use a multimeter to confirm the folding cable has no contact with ground (body). Replace the cable if it is damaged
- 3Check the connectors in the mirror and in the harness for oxidation and loose contacts
- 4If no fault is found, have a workshop try a new power door mirror
