The control module in the driver's side rear door supplies the lock motor for the blocked lock position. The output signal becomes too low, because the supply cable is short-circuited to ground. The door then cannot be locked in the blocked position.

- Supply cable short-circuited to ground
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the fuses are intact. Fuse positions are usually shown on the cover of the fuse box
- 2Test the locking functions with the buttons and controls and note which ones work
- 3With ignition off, use a multimeter to confirm the cable to the rear door lock motor has no contact with ground (body). Replace the cable if it is damaged
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check the control module in the rear door
