The control module registers that the relay for the window motor, up, is inactive when it should be active. The relay has jammed in the inactive position, so the rear door power window does not work.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read out and note the fault code, clear it, then raise the window with the switch to see if the fault returns
- 2Check that the glass moves freely and does not stick in the door
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, activate the window up function and listen for the motor to run
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check the relay and the control module in the rear door
