The rear door module feeds the window lift in the rear door through a relay to lower the window. The fault is stored when the relay for lowering is active although it should be off, which is caused by the relay being stuck.

- The relay is stuck in the active position
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and clear the code, and check whether it returns
- 2Check that the fuses for the rear door window lift are intact
- 3Operate the rear door window up and down with the switch and listen whether it moves when nobody is operating it
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the relay and the rear door module and fix the fault
