Hva betyr feilkoden?
The driver door module supplies the motor that moves the driver-side outer mirror up and down. The fault is stored when the current on the output is too high, which is caused by the supply wire having contact with ground, or by moisture and oxidation in the connections. The up and down movement of the mirror is then interrupted.
Mulige årsaker
- The supply wire is short-circuited to ground
- Moisture and/or oxidation in the connections
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the fuses for the mirrors are intact
- 2Test the mirror up and down and see whether it moves smoothly in both directions
- 3Inspect the cable to the mirror for chafing and pinching
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the wire to the mirror motor has no contact with ground
- 5Check the connectors in the door and at the mirror base for moisture and oxidation
- 6If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the control module and the mirror motor
