Hva betyr feilkoden?
The driver or passenger door module checks its internal components and compares its own configuration ID with the one that the central electronic module (CEM) sends on the CAN network. The fault is stored when the IDs do not match, or when the ID is absent for too long. The module then stops sending on the CAN network, but it still responds to diagnostic commands.
Mulige årsaker
- Incorrect software
- Incorrect configuration ID, because the module is not intended for this car, for example a second-hand module with different software or hardware
- Intermittent breaks in one or both CAN wires
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read the codes in the central electronic module (CEM) and diagnose them first
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3If the module has been replaced or is second-hand, this is an important clue, because a module from another car may have the wrong software or configuration
- 4Check the wires in the CAN network between the door and the CEM for chafing and visible damage
- 5If the code does not return after a road test, no action is needed, as it was most likely a temporary fault
- 6If the fault remains, have a workshop load the correct software into the module, or replace the module if it is damaged
