Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module (ECM) has detected a fault in the variable intake system, which is operated by a vacuum valve. The fault may lie in the wiring, in the vacuum valve or in the control module itself.
Mulige årsaker
- Open circuit in the signal wire, or the signal wire is short-circuited to ground
- The signal wire is short-circuited to voltage
- Damaged vacuum valve
- Damaged engine control module (ECM)
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Switch off the ignition and check the connectors in the system for play, contact resistance and oxidation
- 2With a multimeter, check that the signal wires have no break and are not shorted to ground or voltage
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: activate the vacuum valve and check that it responds
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop check the vacuum valve and the control module
