Hva betyr feilkoden?
The code applies when the signal cables to the front oxygen sensor on bank 1 are short-circuited to supply voltage. The engine control module (ECM) monitors the cables and stores the code when it detects the short circuit, so the sensor signal reads too high.

- Short circuit in the signal cables
- Damaged front heated oxygen sensor
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test to see whether it returns
- 2Check the sensor connector for oxidation and loose connections. Rust solvent spray and grease must not be used on it
- 3Follow the signal cables from the oxygen sensor and look for chafing, pinch damage and places where a cable may have touched live voltage
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the signal cables are not short-circuited to supply voltage, meaning plus on the car
- 5If the cables are intact but the fault remains, have a workshop try a new oxygen sensor
