The control module checks the signal wire to ignition coil 4 and sets the code when the signal is missing. The code identifies ignition coil 4.

- Contact resistance in the connections
- Open circuit in the signal wire
- Damaged ignition coil
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Clear the code and road test the car
- 2Look at the connector at ignition coil 4 and check that it is seated and free from oxidation
- 3Inspect the cable between the control module and ignition coil 4 for breaks or chafing
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the wire to coil 4 has no break
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop check ignition coil 4 with diagnostic equipment
