Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module monitors the pump power consumption during the reference phase. If the consumption drops below a set value, the fault code is set and the leak diagnostic is disabled. The fault can come from poor contact in the connections or a damaged leak diagnostic unit.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Have a workshop check the engine control module software on cars of model year 2003 to 2008 before the leak is searched for
- 2Have you got a diagnostic tool: read the pump power consumption in live data during the reference phase and check whether it is lower than normal
- 3Check the connector to the leak diagnostic unit for contact resistance and oxidation
- 4Keep the battery voltage correct throughout the test and connect a battery charger if needed
- 5Have a workshop replace the leak diagnostic unit if the connector is sound but the fault remains
