Hva betyr feilkoden?
The fault code is set after refuelling when the leak diagnosis shows a leak, and this is interpreted as the filler cap being missing or not seated correctly. It does not occur alone; it lasts only one operating cycle and shows a warning text on the display saying the cap is not in place.
Mulige årsaker
- Fault code is caused by another stored fault code for the filler cap
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check the position of the filler cap and that it is fully tightened
- 2Remedy the other fault code for the filler cap first, and this one should clear with it
- 3Look at the seal in the filler cap and replace it if it is damaged
- 4Drive the car at a steady speed for a while after start so the leak check runs, and see whether the message returns
- 5Have a workshop read the fault codes in the engine control module if the message remains
