Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module drives the glow plugs through the glow plug relay and stores the fault code when the signal to the relay is incorrect. The fault may be caused by poor contact, oxidation or an open circuit in the connections, or by a damaged relay.
Mulige årsaker
- Contact resistance, oxidation or open circuit in the connections
- Damaged glow plug relay
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Look at the connections at the relay for looseness and oxidation
- 2Clean the contacts if they are oxidised, and tighten them so they sit firmly
- 3Replace the relay if the connections are in order but the fault remains
- 4Clear the fault code after the work and check that it does not come back
