Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module (ECM) continuously checks its internal RAM memory. The code is set when there is a fault in the memory, and the control module then tries to restart itself. The fault is intermittent: it has occurred on an earlier occasion but is not present right now.
Mulige årsaker
- The control module software is faulty
- Defective engine control module
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1If you have diagnostic equipment, read the code status; if it shows the fault is not present now, it has been intermittent
- 2Clear the code and road test the car to see whether it comes back
- 3If it returns, have a workshop download new software to the control module
- 4If the fault continues despite new software, have a workshop replace the control module
