Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module monitors the components and functions of the system. The fault code is set when the vehicle speed signal over CAN is wrong, for example when the signal from the brake control module is incorrect, or when a checksum error occurs. The emissions lamp lights when the code is stored.

- Implausible speed value received from the brake control module (BCM)
- Checksum error in the CAN signal

- 1There is no separate fault-tracing for this code. Work in the module that sends the signal, which is the brake control module
- 2Read out the fault codes in the brake control module and fix them first
- 3Erase the code in the engine control module only after the root fault code is fixed and erased
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool: read the speed value in live data during a test drive and check that it follows the car's actual speed
- 5The brake control module governs ABS. If the brakes or ABS feel uncertain, do not drive the car; have a workshop check it
