Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module adjusts the exhaust camshaft adaptation when it does not agree with the crankshaft position. The code concerns bank 1, sensor B, and is set when the adaptation changes too much. It is tested when the engine is started or warm, and adaptation is carried out during engine braking.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read the code, clear it and road test the car to see whether it returns
- 2If you have a diagnostic tool: read the exhaust camshaft timing angle and its target value in live data with the engine running
- 3Check the engine oil level and quality, and that it is free from contamination
- 4Have a workshop check the exhaust camshaft basic setting
- 5Have a workshop remove the control valve for cleaning, or fit a new one if the fault remains
- 6If the fault returns: have a workshop check the VVT unit
