Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module keeps a check on the temperature of the PWM output that drives turbo control valve A (wastegate). The code is set when the temperature becomes too high, and It is set only once the conditions are met.
Mulige årsaker
- Contact resistance, oxidation or an open circuit at the connections
- Damaged cables or connectors
- Loose connections
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Make sure the fuses are intact. Their location is on the fuse chart or in the instruction manual
- 2Read the fault code with a diagnostic tool, clear it, and see whether it returns with the engine running
- 3Check the connector at turbo control valve A for contact resistance, oxidation and loose connections
- 4Look for damaged wiring or connectors to the valve, such as chafing or broken insulation
- 5With a multimeter, check that the signal lead to the valve has no open circuit
- 6Have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the valve and the control signal if the fault comes back
