Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module (ECM) has detected that a control signal in boost control circuit B is stuck high, pointing to a short circuit to supply voltage. Depending on the engine, this concerns the turbo actuator motor, the variable geometry turbo (VNT) control valve, the bypass valve or the supercharger clutch.
Mulige årsaker
- Control wire shorted to supply voltage
- Short circuit in the turbo actuator motor or control valve
- Short circuit in the bypass valve
- Short circuit in the supercharger clutch control circuit (engines with a supercharger)
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check the engine management fuses
- 2Check the connectors and wiring to the turbo actuator for damage, heat and corrosion
- 3Actuate the component and test the control circuit with diagnostic equipment
- 4Repair the wiring or replace the faulty component and clear the code

- Jerky or hesitant running, especially when accelerating and slowing down
