Hva betyr feilkoden?
This fault code concerns the high-pressure side of the fuel system. It is set when the measured fuel pressure is too high compared with the target value, while the engine is cold and the catalyst is warming up. The code is marked as not activated in the control module programming.
Mulige årsaker
- Clogged fuel system
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the connections
- Signal wire shorted to voltage
- Open circuit in the signal wire or the signal ground wire
- Damaged fuel pressure sensor
- Damaged fuel pump
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check the connector to the fuel pressure sensor for contact resistance and oxidation
- 2Check the fuel lines and the fuel filter for blockage
- 3Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire to the fuel pressure sensor has no voltage with the ignition off
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool: read the fuel pressure in live data when the engine is cold and compare it with the reading when warm
- 5Have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check that the fault code belongs to the correct programming, since it is marked as not activated
- 6Have a workshop check the fuel pump if the fault remains
