Hva betyr feilkoden?
This fault code concerns the fuel pressure in an operating mode where the fuel pressure control valve alone controls the pressure, for example when the engine is cold. It is set when the pressure is wrong in that mode, and the circuit voltage is lower than expected.
Mulige årsaker
- Too much fuel flow to the injection pump
- Damaged feed pump or injection valve
- Damaged fuel pressure sensor
- Damaged fuel pressure control valve
- Injection pump builds too much pressure because the pump is damaged
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check the connector at the fuel pressure control valve for contact resistance and oxidation
- 2Look for damage to the cable to the fuel pressure control valve
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: read the fuel pressure in live data with the engine cold and see whether it is too high compared with the requested pressure
- 4Have a workshop check the feed pump and the injection pump if the fault remains
