Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module (ECM) compares the fuel rail pressure, measured by the fuel pressure sensor on the high-pressure side, with the pressure it requests. The code is stored when the actual pressure is too low compared with the requested pressure for a set period. The fault can be noticed when the engine is cranked, because fuel does not reach the correct pressure.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and note the code, clear it and road test to see whether it returns
- 2Check that the connector at the fuel pressure sensor on the fuel rail is fully engaged and free from corrosion
- 3Look for loose or chafed wiring near the sensor and along the wire to the engine control module
- 4If you have diagnostic equipment, compare the fuel pressure in live data with the requested pressure during cranking and at throttle input
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop check the high-pressure fuel pump and the fuel pressure sensor
