Hva betyr feilkoden?
This code concerns the bank 1, sensor 1 oxygen sensor circuit when the signal is too low. It happens with the engine under load while driving. The fault can be caused by a short-circuited signal cable or a damaged oxygen sensor.
Mulige årsaker
- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable
- Damaged heated oxygen sensor (HO2S)
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read the fault code status with the ignition on and check whether the fault is active. Then clear the code and road test the vehicle
- 2Check the connector at the oxygen sensor for contact resistance and oxidation
- 3With the connector unplugged, use a multimeter to check that the signal cable is not short-circuited to ground
- 4If the wiring is in order and the fault remains, have a workshop check or replace the oxygen sensor
