Hva betyr feilkoden?
The ECM monitors the circuits to the injectors and stores the code when the signal to the injector for cylinder 1 is too high. The code is general and does not say what type of fault it is. It applies to cylinder 1 only.
Mulige årsaker
- Signal wire short-circuited to supply voltage
- Damaged injector
- Open circuit in the signal wire
- Several damaged injectors
- A fault inside the ECM itself
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read and note the fault code, clear it and test drive to see whether it returns
- 2Check that the fuses are intact
- 3With the ignition off and the connector disconnected, use a multimeter to check that the signal wire to the cylinder 1 injector has no open circuit
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire to the injector has no contact with supply voltage
- 5Have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the injector for cylinder 1 and its control

- The emissions warning lamp comes on
- The engine does not run on all cylinders
- Uneven idle
- The Check engine light comes on or behaves abnormally
- The car lacks power, especially when pulling away from standstill
