The code concerns the vehicle brake module speed signal (BCM) being incorrect, as shown by a checksum or similar check. The fault is registered in the brake control module, which sends the information to the engine control module (ECM). The cause lies in the brake control module.

Hva du kan gjøre
- 1If you have a diagnostic tool, read the fault codes in the brake control module and remedy them first
- 2Check that the fuses are intact. Their location is given in the owner's manual or on the fuse box cover
- 3After the work, road test and check that the cruise control works
- 4The brake system is safety-critical. Have a workshop check the brake control module, and do not work on the brakes yourself
- 5Clear the fault code only once the fault has been remedied
