Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module (ECM) has registered an invalid value in the brake module speed signal (BCM), received over the CAN network. The fault may lie in the engine control module, the brake control module or the CAN network. The ECM then uses a secondary speed signal instead.

- The cause lies in the brake control module (BCM)
- Fault in the CAN network
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read the fault codes in the engine control module and the brake control module with a diagnostic tool, and remedy them first
- 2Check that the CAN connectors are secure and free from oxidation
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool, read the speed as live data during a test drive and see whether it matches the speedometer
- 4The brake system is safety-critical, so have a workshop check the brake control module. Do not work on the brake system yourself
- 5Clear the fault code once the fault has been remedied, and road test

- The malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) lights up
- The cruise control does not work at all
- A message appears on the text display
