Hva betyr feilkoden?
The ECM checks oil pressure with the combined oil pressure and oil temperature sensor. The fault is stored when the module finds that the signal from the sensor is faulty while the engine is running. A fixed oil pressure value is then used instead of the measured one, and the fault may be linked to the oil quality.
Mulige årsaker
- The combined oil pressure and oil temperature sensor is damaged
- The engine oil is of poor quality
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the fuses are intact
- 2Check the condition of the oil and which oil quality has been added, as poor oil can be the cause
- 3Check the connector at the sensor for contact resistance and oxidation
- 4If you have diagnostic equipment: read the oil pressure in live data with the engine running and see whether the value behaves abnormally
- 5If the oil is in good condition and the connector is clean, have a workshop check the combined sensor
