The circuit to glow plug 1 in cylinder 1 is open. The ECM controls the glow plugs through a glow plug control module, and the code is set when a fault is found on glow plug 1.
Mulige årsaker
- Poor contact or oxidation in the connectors
- Open circuit in the signal wire
- Damaged glow plug control unit
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the relevant fuses are intact
- 2With the ignition off, check that the connectors to glow plug 1 are secure
- 3Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire to glow plug 1 has no open circuit
- 4If the wire is intact, have a workshop check glow plug 1 and the glow plug control module
