The code is a general fault on the signal wire of the starter relay, where the voltage is too high. The engine control module sets it when the voltage stays above a set threshold for a set time. It is checked when the engine is started.

Hva du kan gjøre

1Check that the fuses are intact. The locations are shown in the instruction manual or on the fuse list
2Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire has no break and is not shorted to earth or to the battery positive
3Check that the connectors at the starter relay and in the wiring are firmly seated and free from play, oxidation and contact resistance
4Check that the starter relay is intact and firmly fitted in its mounting
5If the fault remains after these checks, have a workshop investigate the engine control module
