Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module (ECM) monitors the signal to the injectors. For cylinder 2 the code is set when the signal is faulty, because the signal wire is shorted to ground.
Mulige årsaker
- Short circuit between the signal wires
- The signal wire is shorted to ground
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Note that the code applies to cylinder 2, and check the wire to that injector in particular
- 2With the engine control module connector disconnected, check that the signal wire to cylinder 2 is not shorted to ground
- 3Check that the signal wires are not shorted to each other
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool: activate the injector for cylinder 2 and check that it operates
- 5If you find no fault: have a workshop check the injector
