Hva betyr feilkoden?
The code for cylinder 3 is set when the signal to the injector is faulty, because the signal wire is shorted to ground.
Mulige årsaker
- Short circuit between the signal wires
- The signal wire is shorted to ground
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read the code and note that it applies to cylinder 3
- 2With the engine control module connector disconnected and the ignition on, use a multimeter to check that the signal wire to cylinder 3 is not shorted to ground
- 3Check that the signal wires are not shorted to each other, and look for chafing
- 4If you have a diagnostic tool: activate the injector for cylinder 3 and check that it operates
- 5If you find no fault in the wiring: have a workshop check the injector
