Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module (ECM) has detected an internal fault in the part that handles communication with the transmission control module (TCM) over the CAN bus. Although the code is named a memory fault, it applies to the communication section.
Mulige årsaker
- A fault inside the engine control module (ECM) itself
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Read off the fault codes and note which are present before clearing any
- 2Clear the fault code, switch the ignition on and wait a while so the control module can run its test
- 3Check that the fault code is no longer active when the test has finished. If it is gone, the fault may have been temporary
- 4Drive the car and read off the fault codes again afterwards
- 5If the fault code returns: have a workshop replace the engine control module (ECM)
