Hva betyr feilkoden?
The engine control module drives the throttle motor through internal power stages and has found a fault in that control. The fault is a short to supply voltage or an open circuit in the signal wire.
Mulige årsaker
- Poor contact or oxidation in the connectors
- An open circuit in the signal wire
- The signal wires are short-circuited
- Damaged throttle unit
Hva du kan gjøre
- 1Check that the fuses are intact
- 2Read the code with the ignition on and see whether it is still active
- 3Check the connectors at the throttle unit and the engine control module for loose connections and oxidation
- 4Look for broken and chafed wires to the throttle unit. Use a multimeter to confirm the signal wire has no voltage with the ignition off, and that it is not broken
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the throttle unit and the engine control module
