The engine control module drives throttle actuator B through internal power stages and has found a fault in that control. The signal cable has been short-circuited to ground, so the fault is an electrical one in the control of the actuator.

3Follow the signal cable from the throttle unit and look for places where the insulation is chafed or damaged

5Check the connectors at the throttle unit and the engine control module for corrosion and loose connections
6If the code returns, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the throttle unit and the engine control module
