The engine control module (ECM) has been alerted by the central electronic module (CEM) saying that the accelerator pedal signal is invalid. The fault may lie in the accelerator pedal signal or in the CAN communication between CEM and ECM. This is a follow-on code: the root fault is in CEM, and this code can only be erased once the fault there has been fixed.

2Troubleshoot and fix the CEM faults as needed, starting with the fuses and connectors that belong to it

4If you have a diagnostic tool, read the accelerator pedal position in live data while pressing and releasing the pedal, and check that the value follows the movement smoothly
