The injectors in group B and their voltage supply to the output stages are checked by the engine control module (ECM). The code is set when the signal is incorrect, here with a supply voltage that is too high. The code points to an internal fault in the engine control module.

- 1Check that the battery terminals are tight, since the code concerns the voltage supply to the injectors
- 2Check that the fuses are intact; their locations are in the owner's manual or on the fuse box cover

- 4With a diagnostic tool, activate the group B injectors and listen for them working in step
- 5Erase the code and road test the car to see whether it returns
